Bridgeville’s blueprint for growth
Every 10 years, Delaware law requires local governments to update their comprehensive plans. The plan is a blueprint for how and where a town would like to grow. Elements of the plan include economic development, housing, transportation, environmental features, water and wastewater, community resources, and annexation strategy. A well written and organized plan can provide residents and others with much interesting information and data about their town.
Cedar Creek Planning and Communications is working with the town’s engineer, Davis, Bowen & Friedel, to produce a reader-friendly plan that clearly describes how Bridgeville would like to grow over the next 10 years. Along the way, we will share elements of the plan and interesting tidbits with you.
